Ben Affleck – Real Name: Benjamin Géza Affleck-Bold

Ben Affleck is an actor and screenwriter who got his big break in the Oscar-winning “Good Will Hunting,” which he co-wrote with his childhood friend Matt Damon. Affleck (born Benjamin Géza Affleck-Boldt) and his brother, Caleb Casey McGuire Affleck-Boldt, choose to go by their stage names instead of their given names.

After appearing in several other films, Affleck directed and co-wrote the critically praised 2007 picture “Gone Baby Gone.” In 2013, he received an Oscar and a Golden Globe for directing, co-producing, and starring in the picture “Argo.” He starred in the film “The Tender Bar” in 2021.
