Willoughby decided to get fit after giving birth to her third child Harry in 2014. Although she told the Sunday Times that she prefers to keep her methods to herself, sources have revealed that she easts a relatively low-carb diet with chicken and fish with regular Pilates and kickboxing. On April 1, 2022, she shared a fresh-faced selfie on Instagram, looking trim and prettier than ever.
