Kaley Cuoco earned massive acclaim as the star and executive producer of “The Flight Attendant,” her comedic thriller on HBO Max. Although she started her career in 1995, her breakthrough role in the ABC sitcom “8 Simple Rules” didn’t come until 2002.

In 2020 she lost 6 pounds in three months after cutting out junk foods and practicing yoga five times a week. She maintained it by changing her lifestyle and eating habits like avoiding sweets and soda. During award season in March 2022, Cuoco flaunted her yoga-toned physique well at W magazine’s pre-Oscar party.
