Who needs a kettlebell when you’ve got a baby? This multitasking dad is redefining ‘baby weight’ as he balances fatherhood and fitness with a baby in one arm and a barbell in the other. Gyms might not be the traditional playground for toddlers, but when it’s time to squat, a dad’s gotta do what a dad’s gotta do.
