Dorit Kemsley and her husband, English businessman P. K. Kemsley, are trying to sell their Beverly Hills house and look like they are ready to drop prices if they are not getting their asking price. For they have already done so twice and now the close to $12 million house, has a price tag of only $7.9 million dollars. Seems like since their kids are growing up they need a place that has a bigger backyard, which seems to be their main reason for moving. However, husband P.K is going through a financial crisis now as he is facing seizure of assets over unpaid loans that are close to the $1.2 million dollar mark. However, he declared bankruptcy in 2013 which helped remove the loan from this name. Hopefully all of their troubles will be settled and long gone soon.
