Inferno Hits Hollywood Hard: Mansions Burn While Celebs Evacuate

Ben Affleck

The devastating wildfires forced Ben Affleck to evacuate his $20.5 million Pacific Palisades mansion. The Oscar-winning actor and director, renowned for films like “Argo” and “Good Will Hunting,” had acquired the 6,200-square-foot ranch-style home in July 2024. Designed by architect Cliff May in 1941, the property boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a central pool, a guesthouse, and horse stables.

Ben sought refuge at his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s Brentwood residence, ensuring the safety of their three children. Despite the mandatory evacuation orders, his home remained unscathed, allowing him to return once conditions improved. Expressing gratitude, he acknowledged the tireless efforts of first responders and extended support to fellow citizens.
