Madison’s Whitney Marsh Foundation has been doing amazing work in her hometown of Fort Smith, Arkansas. They kicked off a testing program for families who can’t afford it, all part of their fight against the same disease that took Madison’s mom.
The foundation also hosts a 5K/10K annual fundraiser called the Whitney’s Race. This event helps raise funds for research, testing programs, and new detection gear. Plus Madison’s hitting two targets at once with this marathon—raising funds and getting her community into fitness. The foundation’s work is a real example of what can happen when a community comes together with determination and heart.
