Tina Turner –What’s Love Got to Do With It, Born in 1939
Tina Turner is one of those people that require no introduction. Ever since the ’60s with the Ike & Tina Turner duo, her songs have been constantly playing on the radio and on TV. Her biggest hit was the song What’s Love Got To Do With It from her solo album Private Dancer that was released in 1984. In her autobiography, Tina has admitted having been a victim of domestic violence in her marriage with Ike, leading to their divorce in 1978. In 2018, it was announced that she would be receiving a Grammy Lifetime Award. Then, in the fall of 2019, she will have a biographical musical titled Tina.
