And Keaton desires to let nature take its course as far as her aging is concerned. She prefers her hands, which tell the actual age of a woman, to match her face, so all she does is exercise. The treadmill is a favorite of hers. Diane Keaton was honored by the American Film Institute with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.
