After spending a long time in the shelter, most animals have a hard time believing that they’re actually moving to a loving home perhaps because of previous trauma or abandonment issues. We can’t thank the people who adopt animals enough since they go out of their way to provide a better life and a lot of love for these abandoned animals.
Penny the dog was on her way to a new home, and she still looked a tad scared in this picture, but we’re sure that this fear has been replaced with excitement when she arrived home. We hope she lives a safe and healthy life – her owner looks responsible enough to have done his financial planning before he adopted her, so it looks like Penny is set for a comfortable life. She’s definitely going to be the source of a lot of joy for her new family.
