You probably expected plenty of local news anchors to have some bloopers, but someone like CNN’s Don Lemon? Probably not. However, during the network’s 2017 New Year’s Eve coverage, Lemon decided to forgo professionalism, loosen up, and have some fun. A bit too much fun, most would say.
Instead of doing his job, Lemon decided it would be more fun to drink. In fact, at one point, Lemon’s co-host, Brooke Baldwin, even told him, “the tequila is, like, emitting from your pores!” Afterward, viewers had to endure a very awkward conversation about whether Lemon should pierce his ear or nipple. Somehow, mostly thanks to an apology the next day, Lemon did not lose his job!
